InNet (innetcredentialing.com) is seeking a motivated, hardworking, and happy person to join us in our Millcreek, UT Office. We’re looking for a full-time employee who wants to jump in, catch our vision, and help the business grow. This integral position is a hybrid role combining Account Management, Customer Service, and Communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple projects while staying focused on the job at hand.

Job Summary

Assists Healthcare Providers through the provider enrollment, credentialing, and contracting processes by serving as a credentialing specialist while gathering information, providing outstanding customer service, and submitting credentialing applications to insurance carriers.

Essential Functions

  • Provides unparalleled customer service and builds relationships with customers
  • Manages inbound and outbound reporting for clients
  • Assists providers via telephone and email to provide account status
  • Follows up with providers on outstanding issues or needed documentation
  • Creates Provider Enrollment and Credentialing applications
  • Researches and compiles insurance specific submission guidelines
  • Reviews applications, provider requests and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Trust and dependability is a must
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask in a high paced environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with coworkers and clients
  • College degree

    • Medicaid/Medicare Experience
    • Tech Savvy Individuals
    • Medical Insurance Experience
